These terms set out the contractual framework for purchases through ANTLITZWERK. Mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.

Where you are a consumer, all mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable to you remain unaffected by these terms.
Offer and conclusion of contract
Product presentations in the online store are not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
You can place products in the cart and review and correct your entries before submitting the order. By activating the final button that clearly indicates a payment obligation, you submit a binding order for the goods in the cart.
The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order, for example by an order confirmation that clearly states acceptance or by dispatching the goods. A purely technical acknowledgement of receipt is an acceptance only if this is clear from the message.
Contract language and order data
The store is available in several languages. The language used during the order process and in the contractual information is decisive for the individual purchase.
After ordering, you receive the essential order details at the email address provided. Where you use a customer account, order information may also be available there. We store contract and order data in accordance with statutory and operational requirements.
Products and presentation
The essential characteristics of a product are set out on the relevant product page. Screen, display, lighting and device settings may cause colours — particularly cosmetic shades — to appear slightly different from the physical product.
Products containing natural ingredients may show minor natural variations in colour, scent or consistency, provided that these do not impair the agreed quality or usability. Statutory conformity and warranty rights remain unaffected.
Prices, taxes and shipping costs
The prices shown at the time of ordering apply. Displayed final prices include VAT where legally applicable. Additional shipping costs are shown clearly before the order is submitted.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other public charges may arise depending on the destination, value and shipping arrangement, unless they are already collected or expressly shown as included at checkout.
Details are available in our shipping conditions.
Payment
The payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout. Payment may be processed by an external provider whose terms and privacy information apply in addition.
Unless stated otherwise for the selected method, the purchase price becomes due when the contract is concluded. Charging or authorising the payment method follows the conditions of the method selected.
Delivery and fulfilment
Delivery is made to the address entered during checkout and within the destinations enabled in the store. Estimated delivery times are shown in the store, the shipping information or checkout.
Orders may be prepared and dispatched by production, fulfilment and logistics partners in Latvia. ANTLITZWERK remains the contracting party. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable and where they do not create additional shipping costs for you.
If a material delay becomes known, we will inform you where possible. Statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
Transfer of risk and retention of title
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration generally passes only when the goods are handed to you or to a person authorised by you to receive them. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Withdrawal and voluntary satisfaction guarantee
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Conditions, deadlines, consequences, return costs, the model form and the available ways to submit a declaration are explained in our withdrawal and return information.
In addition, ANTLITZWERK offers a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the conditions set out there. This additional service does not restrict statutory withdrawal, conformity, warranty or other mandatory consumer rights.
Statutory warranty rights
Statutory rights apply if goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract. Depending on the applicable law, these may include repair or replacement and, where the statutory requirements are met, price reduction, termination or damages.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at atelier@antlitzwerk.de if a product arrives damaged, incorrect or defective. This request does not create an additional exclusion period and does not restrict statutory rights.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for culpable injury to life, body or health and in all cases of mandatory statutory liability.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage at the time of contracting. Essential obligations are those whose performance makes proper execution of the contract possible and on whose compliance the parties may regularly rely.
Liability for other damage caused by slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory product-liability claims and claims arising from an expressly assumed guarantee remain unaffected. These rules also apply correspondingly to our representatives and vicarious agents.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotional or discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, time limits, minimum order values, product restrictions or market restrictions. Codes can be combined only where the store expressly permits this.
A code is not applied retrospectively to an order already completed unless this is expressly offered or agreed individually.
Shopify and Enhanced Services
The store is hosted and operated through Shopify. Shopify processes information when visitors use the store and when orders are placed, including in order to provide security, checkout, customer-account and order functions.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify may therefore process interaction data to provide Enhanced Services, including more personalised experiences, analysis of store and advertising interactions and — where legally permitted and covered by consent — more relevant advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and other providers, including recipients in other countries.
Further details and your choices are explained in our privacy policy.
Applicable law and consumers abroad
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent that such a choice is permitted.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply in your country of residence.
Jurisdiction and dispute resolution
Statutory jurisdiction rules apply to consumers. These terms do not limit a statutory consumer forum.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, unless a legal obligation applies in an individual case.
Clear terms. Personal responsibility.
If a point remains unclear, contact the atelier before placing your order. We would rather explain once more than leave a question unanswered.
